Former England star all-rounder Andrew Flintoff has been taken to the hospital after his car got crashed while shooting an episode of BBC’s “Top Gear” show. However, Cricinformer wants to inform you that his injuries are not life-threatening and the accident is not so hazardous.
The incident happened in the South Of London on Tuesday at the programme’s test track at Dunsfold Park Aerodrome. The Sun Newspaper claimed that the all-rounder’s car crashed on the set but he is fine.
A BBC spokesperson told Reuters,”Freddie (Flintoff) was injured in an accident at the Top Gear test track this morning – with crew medics attending the scene immediately. He has been taken to hospital for further treatment and we will confirm more details in due course.”
He further informed, “All the usual health and safety measures were in place for filming too. Freddie was taken to hospital by air ambulance shortly afterwards.”
