‘Impossible To Beat Rohit Sharma & Company As…’, Ramiz Raja Huge Remarks On Team India

The former chairman of the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB), Ramiz Raja was all praise for Rohit Sharma’s Team India on Sunday after the hosts thrashed Australia at home to win the second game of the Border-Gavaskar Trophy. With this win, now India has almost cemented its position in the final of the ICC Test Championship with two matches more to go.

Ravindra Jadeja has returned in style after his prolonged knee injury which he got during the Asia Cup 2022. The all-rounder bagged two back-to-back ‘Man Of The Match awards’. In the Delhi test, the all-rounder got 7 wickets in the second innings.

Talking on his youtube Channel, Ramij Raja said that the current team India is impossible to beat at their home.

“How Australia’s match has finished, similarly, Aussies used to finish games against sub-continent teams in Perth or Brisbane. The tables have turned. It shows that Australia is not prepared, especially when it comes to playing good Test cricket in India. It’s impossible to beat Team India in India. An ordinary performance against spin. Nine wickets were dismissed in one session. Jadeja produced an excellent bowling performance,” Raja said.

Not only this, but Ramiz Raja also slammed Pat Cummins & company for their poor batting display against the Indian spinners. He also praised all-rounder Axar Patel for how he batted with R Ashwin during the 1st innings of the Delhi Test where he smashed 74 runs.

The former Pakistan skipper added, “The clincher was Axar Patel’s batting. Given the circumstances, he scored 60-70 runs. He shared a partnership with Ashwin when Australia could have got a sizable lead. That’s because Australia was not mentally strong and there are technical flaws. Their batting against spin is disastrous. They played wrong shots, sweep shots, and ruckus batting.”
