The dispute between Virat Kohli and Gautam Gambhir is currently the talk of the town. And now another former Indian cricketer Harbhajan Singh has also entered a dispute between Virat Kohli and Gautam Gambhir.
Keeping his side in the present dispute, Bhajji remembered his past incident with fast bowler S Sreesanth. During the match between Lucknow Super Giants and Royal Challengers Bangalore on Monday night, there was a fight between Virat and Gambhir on the field. Taking action on this issue, BCCI has also deducted 100 per cent match fees of both veterans.
On Tuesday morning, Harbhajan Singh shared a 10-minute video on his YouTube channel regarding the Virat-Gambhir episode. Describing the conflict between Lucknow Super Giants mentor Gautam Gambhir and Royal Challengers Bangalore senior batsman Virat Kohli as unfair to cricket. Bhajji remembered his mistake and also admitted that he had made a big mistake by slapping Sreesanth.
Harbhajan Singh said, “You can see in the video that Gambhir hit Virat after shaking hands. Now you can see who hit first in the video. Then when Naveen shook hands with Virat, he did not leave his hand. There was some conversation between the two. A conversation took place that we do not know. The conversation was so big that both came to fight.”
Harbhajan Singh further stated, “Ye jo kissa hua hai, I have lived such a thing in 2008. I fought with Sreesanth. I am still ashamed about that thing after 15 years. That behaviour of me was not right. At that time, I thought whatever had happened was all right, but What I did was wrong.”
Harbhajan Singh added at last, “Look at Virat Kohli today. You are a great player. You are a legend. You should not clash with anyone. What is the need? He is such a passionate player that he thought I was in the game. Gautam and Virat are my younger brothers.”
