In the second T20I match against New Zealand, Pakistan’s Mohammad Rizwan reached the milestone of scoring 3000 runs in T20I cricket. He is the second Pakistani batter to accomplish this achievement after captain Babar Azam.
The sheer pacer of Pakistan cricket team Shaheen Shah Afridi praised Rizwan in a social media post and compared him to the legendary Don Bradman.
While writing on his Twitter account, Shaheen said,”Cheers to Muhammad Rizwan – the Bradman of T20 cricket and Pakistan’s SuperMan for hitting 3,000 T20I runs! Your impact has transformed the game and silenced the skeptics. Keep soaring, champion! You’re an inspiration to many.”
The fans on social media did not stop themselves and trolled Shaheen for his abrupt remarks. Rizwan and Babar have struggled in significant moments for Pakistan. During the previous T20 World Cup in Australia, key Pakistani players couldn’t deliver with the bat in the final match held in Melbourne.
