Big Blow For Pakistan After Defeat, Star Pacer Ruled Out Of The Second Test Against England

Pakistan lost to England in the 1st test of the ongoing three-match test series in Rawalpindi. The Pakistan cricket team has got another setback apart from this humiliating loss and according to ESPNCricinfo Pakistan pacer, Haris Rauf has been ruled out of the second test.

The reports claim that Haris Rauf will not be seen in the next test match due to a quad injury to his right leg, which is in Multan.

The bowler suffered this injury on the first day of the Rawalpindi test while stepping on the ball. It was also the debut for Haris Rauf in test cricket.

Talking about the injury of Haris Rauf, Pakistan Cricket Board said that the bowler will not bowl in the remaining match. Rauf went down for an MRI scan where he was asked not to take any activity on the field. Before leaving the ground, he bowled 13 overs where he got Zak Crawley. In the first inning, he also made 12 runs in 32 balls.

Talking about the replacement Mohammad Wasim, JNR remains the primary choice for Haris Rauf in the playing XI.
