The Sports Minister has objected to the temporary and permanent constructions done by the Rajasthan Royals at the SMS Stadium. Sports Minister Ashok Chandna has issued notices expressing his displeasure in this matter. In this matter, Sports Council Vice President Satveer Chaudhary and Youth Board Vice President Sushil Sharma also complained of objections.

In the complaints, the Vice President of the Sports Council and the Vice President of the Youth Board said that this construction is creating obstacles in the administrative work of the Board and the Council. The Sports Department has also issued an order asking for action.

Arriving at the West Stand area of ​​the stadium, Sports Minister Ashok Chandna said that in the MOU signed by the Rajasthan Cricket Association with the Sports Council, construction work had been done by the IPL organizers in more space than the allotted space in the stadium, he has received such a complaint. This comes under the category of encroachment and is completely wrong.

The minister said that in such a situation, we would take strict action regarding this whole matter. Along with this, if needed, we will take action to seal these constructions. He has also received complaints that the sports department employees cannot go to their offices. In such a situation, now it has to be seen how much the dispute between the Sports Department and the Rajasthan Royals has an impact on the organization of the IPL.

In fact, before the IPL, the Rajasthan Cricket Association had constructed two new seating boxes at the Sawai Mansingh Stadium. Regarding this, at around 6 pm on Tuesday, Sports Minister Ashok Chandra inspected the SMS Stadium. During this, Chandna expressed displeasure over the illegal temporary construction in the stadium. Along with this, there has been talked of taking action to seal the wrongly constructed construction.
