Stephen Fleming Became The Coach Of The Texas Super Kings In MLC

Former New Zealand captain and current Chennai super kings coach Stephen Fleming will coach the Dallas-based Texas Super Kings team in the Major Cricket League, which has tied up with the IPL team Chennai Super Kings. Four-time IPL champion CSK said it would make a big disclosure regarding the new T20 tournament in America.

TSK said in a statement that it would benefit from CSK’s experience on the field. It said in a statement, ‘Texas Super Kings will be coached by Stephen Fleming, former New Zealand captain, and coach of Chennai Super Kings. He played the first T20 match in 2005 as the captain of New Zealand.

CSK has won the IPL title four times with Fleming. Apart from CSK, Delhi Capitals, and Mumbai Indians have also invested in MLC starting from 13th July.

Four IPL teams will participate directly in the six-team tournament. KKR, already part of the tournament, has acquired the franchise based in Los Angeles. CSK will buy Texas, Mumbai Indians will be associated with New York and Delhi Capitals with Seattle.
