“So For MS Dhoni, I Think This Year…’, Matthew Hayden Predicts The Good Bye of Dhoni From IPL In Most Celebrated Manner

Former Australian opener Matthew Hayden who also played for Chennai Super Kings has shared his thoughts on MS Dhoni’s expected last season in the Indian Premier League (IPL). There have been reports that this upcoming season will be Dhoni’s last, and fans and experts hope that Chennai Super Kings will give him a memorable send-off.

Hayden has expressed his hope that Dhoni will have a successful final year in the tournament, and believes that he still has a lot to offer to the team. He has also praised Dhoni’s leadership qualities and believes that his presence on the team will help to keep the other players motivated.

According to Matthew Hayden, who had played for Chennai Super Kings under MS Dhoni’s captaincy in the early years of IPL, Dhoni would want to retire from the Indian Premier League on a high note in front of a full house in Chennai. Hayden further added that Dhoni’s legacy would be celebrated wonderfully in the upcoming IPL season.

While sharing his thoughts on Star Sports, Hayden said, “See CSK, they notoriously find a way to do things unique and special. Take their hiatus out of their IPL, it was unfortunate the two years they weren’t playing, and they came back the year after that to win the IPL, it was most unexpected. And they have a way!.”

He further added, “MS Dhoni has a way of revitalizing, revamping, making it just a completely different look and feels to the side, even though it’s had this great tag of having complete trust in few players and having retained most of their players.”

“So for MS Dhoni, I think this year in particular, it’s going to be a year celebrated like no other. It’s the finish I believe of the legacy of MS Dhoni and he will want to go out in style with his fans, who’d want him to go out in style as well,” Hayden said.
