The fourth test match between India and Australia is going on in Ahmedabad. The Australian skipper won the toss and elected to bat first. Australian batters proved their captain’s decision right by putting in stellar performances with the bat, especially Usman Khwaja and Cameroon Green. Both the batters played brilliantly on the first day and also on the second day of the match. They shared the partnership of 208 runs. Khawaja scored 180; however, Green scored 114, and made his maiden century in test cricket.
Indian veteran spinner R. Ashwin took six wickets for the team. Shami grabbed 2 Australian batters. However, Jadeja and Axar took 1-1 wickets each.
