A shocking incident happened in Tamil Nadu on Tuesday night. A boy allegedly killed his friend over the discussion on who is a better cricketer among Rohit Sharma and Virat Kohli.
Keelapalu Police gave information about the incident. The defunct Vignesh was a Rohit Sharma fan, whereas Dharmaraj, the accused, was Virat Kohli’s die-hard supporter. They were discussing who is a better cricketer on Tuesday night near Mallur in the SIDCO industrial area.
Police said, “Both had consumed liquor. As per the initial investigation, Vignesh was supporting Mumbai Indians in the Indian Premier League (IPL) while Dharmaraj was a Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) supporter”.
“During their debate, Vignesh had allegedly mocked RCB and Virat Kohli. Vignesh had the habit of body shaming Dharmaraj, who was a stammered. On that day, he made some remarks comparing the RCB team to the speaking difficulty of Dharmaraj. This infuriated Dharmaraj, who attacked Vignesh with a bottle and later hit him with a cricket bat on the head. Dharmaraj soon fled the spot,” officials said.

Vignesh’s body was founded on Wednesday morning by workers at the SIDCO factory. They called the local police and gave the information.
