India is in big difficulty as a result of Jasprit Bumrah’s unfortunate injury. Arshdeep Singh, Harshal Patel, and Bhuvneshwar Kumar will have to put up a historical performance if India is to win the T20 World Cup for a second time because most of their pacers are having trouble. Uncertainty lingers despite reports that Mohammed Shami, Mohammed Siraj, and Shardul Thakur will go for Australia on Thursday because the BCCI has not yet named Bumrah’s successor. Wasim Akram, a hero in Pakistan, has issued another caution to Rohit Sharma and company over one of their fast bowlers as if India didn’t already have enough problems.
India’s bowling lineup, which includes Arshdeep, Bhuvneshwar, and Harshal, is strong but lacks true speed. Bhuvneshwar and Harshal have been major worries, even if Arshdeep has seemed to be a cut above the other two. And to make matters worse, according to Akram, Bhuvneshwar’s lack of speed will make it difficult for him to compete in Australia. Bhuvneshwar has let runs slip in each of the previous eight innings, with the exception of his 4/26 against Pakistan and 5/4 against Afghanistan in the Asia Cup. Akram believes Bhuvneshwar needs to add speed to be more effective.
When reporters asked about Indian pace bowling Wasim Akram. Here’s what he said, “India has Bhuvneshwar Kumar, he is good with the new ball, but with that pace, if the ball is not swinging, he will probably struggle there. But he is a very good bowler no doubt, swings both ways, and has the yorker. But you need pace in Australia. It’s in Australia. The Australians will probably play well, they have a good bowling attack, and they know those pitches.”
Akram believes Babar Azam’s team can repeat their World Cup victory and reach their second consecutive semifinal if India and Pakistan play competitively in the Asia Cup. Akram acknowledges that Pakistan’s batting raises some questions, but if their bowlers can make up for it, they have a good opportunity.

He added, “India has a good batting line-up. But they still haven’t named Bumrah’s replacement. Pakistan, their middle-order is struggling. If the middle-order clicks, Pakistan has a very good bowling attack and one of the best opening pairs. So if they can control the middle-order, they have a chance.”
