IPL 2023: Royal Challengers Bangalore Will Fight For These Players In Mini Auction

The most popular cricket league is all set for the next edition, and the auction of the Indian Premier League is scheduled to be held on 23rd December 2022. Every franchise has tried to use its remaining purse to pick the best player in the auction to strengthen the playing XI.

One of the best franchises of the IPL is Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB), but they haven’t clinched the title yet. RCB reached three times in the finals of the IPL, but they have always missed the chance to lift the prestigious trophy; their full focus is on picking the best players from the auction to improve the strategies for winning the title.

Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) has the best batter in the world: Virat Kohli, Skipper Faf du Plessis, Rajat Patidar, Glenn Maxwell, Finn Allen, etc. These batters can destroy any bowling lineup to set the big total on the board. But the most significant problem for the RCB is their bowling, and now in the mini auction, they have been looking to pick South African speedster Wayne Parnell and English spinner Adil Rashid. The base price of the Wayne Parnell is 75 Lakhs, and Rashid’s base price is 2 crores. They are worth buying for the RCB, and they would try to buy them in the auction.

RCB has released five players and now requires nine players, including two overseas players. Their remaining purse is 8.75 crores, and they will try to pick some cheap players.

The retained squad of Royal Challengers Bangalore:- Virat Kohli, Glenn Maxwell, Mohammed Siraj, Faf Du Plessis, Harshal Patel, Wanindu Hasaranga, Dinesh Karthik, Josh Hazlewood, Shahbaz Ahmad, Anuj Rawat, Akash Deep, Mahipal Lomror, Finn Allen, Suyash Prabhudessai, Karn Sharma, David Willey, Rajat Patidar, Siddharth Kaul
