“I want to play for RCB…..” Young Pakistani Cricketer Showed His Love Toward Virat Kohli And IPL

Saim Ayub has been included in the Pakistan team for the 5-match T20 series against New Zealand starting on 14th April. The 20-year-old left-handed batsman Saim made his international debut in the recent T20 series against Afghanistan.

Saim Ayub did such a blistering batting in PSL, after which, in Pakistan, he has been called as new Saeed Anwar. Saim, a fan of Virat Kohli, wants to play for RCB in IPL.

In the eighth season of the Pakistan Super League, Saim Ayub scored 341 runs in 12 matches at a strike rate of 165.53 while playing for Peshawar Zalmi. Based on this performance, he got a chance to make his international debut.

Saim Ayub said in Nadir Ali’s podcast, “I want to play for Royal Challengers Bangalore.”

On comparing with veteran opener Saeed Anwar, Saim Ayub said, I have seen his videos. I mostly watch videos of left-handed batsmen.
Saeed Anwar is a big name; I will try to be like him.

Saim Ayub scored 17 runs in the first T20 against Afghanistan. In the second match, he got out without opening an account. After losing two matches, Pakistan won the third match, in which Saim scored 49 runs.

Saim said, “I am convinced of Virat Bhai’s journey from a young player to a legend. He is one of the best athletes in the world.”

On the experience of opening with Peshawar Zalmi captain Babar Azam in PSL, Saim Ayyub said, “I enjoyed it a lot. Babar Bhai gives a lot of confidence during batting. I hope that my journey with him will be long.”
