Big Revelation Of Former CSK Player Shane Watson Over MS Dhoni’s Retirement From IPL

Indian Premier League will start on 31st March. And discussions are intense about former captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni. It is speculated that this could be his last IPL. Now a veteran cricketer has given a big statement regarding his IPL retirement. Former Australian cricketer and former CSK player said that Dhoni would not take retirement this year. He can play in IPL till 2027.

Former Chennai Super Kings batter Shane Watson has given a big statement regarding the retirement of skipper Mahendra Singh Dhoni. Watson has said about Dhoni’s retirement that I have heard that this is MS Dhoni’s last IPL, but I do not think so. Dhoni can continue playing for the next three to four years. He is still very fit, and batting and wicket-keeping is really good.

Watson praised Captain Dhoni for his fitness and his captaincy skill. Shane Watson said, “His captaincy is as good as his game. His fitness and ability to understand the game make him a good captain. His skill on the cricket field is amazing. He has greatly contributed to making Chennai Super Kings a successful team.”

Dhoni is already retired from all formats of international cricket. Chennai Super Kings captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni has been practising hard on the field since IPL. The team keeps sharing many of his videos on its official Twitter account. CSK will begin their IPL 2023 campaign against defending champions Gujarat Titans on 31st March. The four-time IPL champion Chennai team had a very poor performance in 2022, so the team was at the bottom of the points table.
