Big Blow For Team India, Jasprit Bumrah Ruled Out Of T20 World Cup 2022

Team India is all set for the T20 World Cup in Australia and before it the team is playing a 3-match T20I series against South Africa.

Meanwhile a highly disappointing news is coming out from the Indian dressing room and according to it the star Indian Pacer Jasprit Bumrah has been ruled out from the upcoming T20 World Cup due to back stress fracture.

The sources also revealed that Bumrah will at least take 4-6 months to gain his fitness and this is the reason he is not there with the team for the 3-match T20I series against the Proteas.

The first match of the series against South Africa was played at Trivandrum and Bumrah did not travel with the team. The Indian side went with Deepak Chahar, Arshdeep Singh and Harshal Patel as their three prime bowlers. However, the BCCI is yet to confirm the injury of Bumrah but if it’s true then Mohammed Shami is likely to get a chance for the T20 World Cup. Deepak Chahar is also one of the strong contenders.
