WTC Update: Australia’s Surge, New Zealand’s Fall

The mighty Australians have clean-swept black caps in their backyard, winning the test series by a huge margin of 2-0. 

This win by Australia over New Zealand helped them reach second place in the WTC table. The defending champions have played 12 games and have 90 points on their tally.

Before the test series, the Pat Cummins lead team had a percentage point of 59.09; however, after their 2-0 victory over the Blackcaps, Pat Cummins and company had 62.50 PCT.

Team India is leading the WTC table with 68.50 percentage points to their name after their recent victory over England by a margin of 4-1.

On the other hand, New Zealand has lost its second position in the WTC table. Before the start of the series, Newzeland had 60.0 percentage points to their name; however, after this loss against Australia, Newzeland has slipped to third place with a current percentage point of 50.0.
