Watch VIDEO: Shikhar Dhawan Forgets The Name Of ‘Fourth Player’ During The Toss, Creates A Laughable Moment

During the toss before the match between Punjab Kings and Kolkata Knight Riders the newly appointed captain of Punjab Kings Shikhar Dhawan faced a foal moment as he couldn’t recall the name of his fourth overseas player in the playing eleven.

Despite losing the toss, Dhawan managed to name three overseas players, namely Sam Curran, Bhanuka Rajapaksa, and Nathan Ellis but struggled to recall the name of the fourth player.

In Mohali, the KKR captain Nitish Rana won the toss and decided to field first putting Punjab Kings to bat. During the toss, former Indian cricketer Murali Karthik asked Shikhar Dhawan, the captain of Punjab Kings to name the four overseas players for their first match against KKR. However, Dhawan struggled to recall the name of his fourth overseas player, Sikandar Raza.

“We would have fielded first. We have got a balanced side, so hopefully, we will do good. The team preparation has been good and we will look to dominate the game, hoping for a great season ahead. We are eager to win the trophy and I am looking to lead from the front. My overseas players are – Bhanuka, Nathan Ellis, and Sam Curran, don’t remember the fourth name,” Dhawan said after the toss.

However, it was later disclosed that the fourth overseas player in the playing eleven was Sikandar Raza, the renowned all-rounder from Zimbabwe who made his debut in the tournament.
