The upcoming Indian Premier League 2023 will be the last season for MS Dhoni, and every Chennai Super Kings player will try to clinch the title for the fifth time, which will be the best farewell for their skipper Mahendra Singh Dhoni.

In the last season of IPL, Mahendra Singh Dhoni had said he wanted to end his IPL career in front of the Chennai crowd. During IPL 2022, Dhoni said, “Definitely, I will play next year. It would be unfair not to play in Chennai. It will not be good for CSK fans. Let’s see whether 2023 will be my last year or not.”
IPL 2022 season was very bad for Chennai Super Kings. The team finished ninth in the tournament and managed to win only 4 matches. However, the team looks strong after England all-rounder Ben Stokes joined Chennai Super Kings. It is also believed that after Dhoni, Stokes can be the captain of Chennai Super Kings.
