Suryavanshi is the youngest player to hit a century in List-A cricket
Vaibhav Suryavanshi’s innings of 84 balls 190 was his first century in List-A cricket. He scored his first century at the age of 14 years and 272 days, thus he was the youngest player to make a hundred in the 50-over format.
Suryavanshi sets a new record for the highest individual score in the whole VHT history of Bihar
Vaibhav Suryavanshi just a bit missed out on his double hundred when he got out for 190 runs in the 27th over of the innings. This, however, is the largest individual score of a Bihar batter. Suryavanshi surpassed MD Rahmatullah who was holding the record for seven years with his unbeaten 156*-run knock.
Most runs hit by boundaries in a List-A match
Furthermore, Vaibhav Suryavanshi has made it to the list of batters along with Rohit Sharma, Martin Guptill and Ishan Kishan, who have most runs through boundaries in a single List-A match. While Rohit, Guptill and Ishan occupy the first three positions, Suryavanshi, with 154 runs through boundaries out of his total of 190, is positioned fourth on the list.
