This Indian Superstar Player Will Miss The First ODI Against Australia

A three-match ODI series will be played between India and Australia from 17th March. The first match of the series between the two teams will be played at the Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai.

Rohit Sharma will not take charge of the team in the first match of this series. In his absence, India’s T20I skipper Hardik Pandya will take charge of the team in the first ODI against Australia.

In the absence of Rohit Sharma, all-rounder Hardik Pandya will lead the team. This will be the first time in the ODI format that Hardik Pandya will be seen captaining. At the same time, since the T20 World Cup 2022, Hardik Pandya has been taking charge of the T20 team.

Hardik Pandya has taken command of Team India in 11 T20 matches, out of which Team India has won in 8 matches and has faced defeat in only 2 matches. Their one match has remained unsettled.
The first ODI of the series between India and Australia will be played in Mumbai on 17th March. After this, the second ODI will be played in Visakhapatnam on 19th March, while the third and final ODI of the series will be played in Chennai on 22nd March.
