These Two Players Reject The Offers As The Hunt For New Head Coach In Pakistan Continues

Pakistan’s hunt for a new foreign Coach continues as both shane Watson and Darren Sammy have rejected offers made by Pakistan cricket board for becoming the next head Coach of men’s cricket team.

The reason behind Sammy’s refusal is that the former t 20 world champion is already appointed as the head Coach of west Indies men’s team in white ball format. Shane Watson on the other hand flew back home after rejecting offers made by Pakistan cricket board.

A per the sources Shane Watson was in talks with Pakistan cricket board’s official to consider himself as the new head Coach of Pakistan cricket team.

The source said “Watson had initially shown interest and kept certain financial and other conditions to accept the offer. ” 

”But after the board more or less accepted Watson’s financial demands the Australian was not happy that details of the proposed package were leaked out in the Pakistan media and social media.”

The Australian offer than politely rejected the offer because of his commitment as a Commentator in IPL as well as the other leagues around the world. Watson also said that he wants to give more time to his family.

As per the sources PCB and Watson had a talk for 2 million dollars for becoming the next head Coach of Pakistan.

The cricket board is now set to appoint Coach for interim basis for the supervision of a milatary camp which is going to be held in Kakul ahead of Pakistan’s series against Newzealand.

The source said “A team of local coaches as an interim arrangement for the camp and NZ series is the only available option for the PCB now and Chairman Mohsin Naqvi will be required to make a call after the PSL final on 18th March.”
