T20 World Cup: Harbhajan Singh Picks His Playing XI vs Pakistan, No Place For Harshal Patel & Ashwin

India and Pakistan will clash with each other for the blockbuster contest on October 23 at Melbourne Cricket Ground. Both teams are packed with some of the best T20 stars and there is no doubt that fans are going to witness a high-voltage match in the T20 World Cup.

Meanwhile, veteran spinner Harbhajan Singh has revealed his Indian playing XI for this mega clash. While having an interaction with Star Sports the legend picked the obvious names. At the same time, he feels that the senior spinner R Ashwin and speedster Harshal Patel are not enough suitable for the Australian condition to make it into the playing XI. While speaking to Star Sports Harbhajan Singh said, “I feel the team is straightforward. I feel Rohit Sharma, KL Rahul, Virat Kohli, Suryakumar Yadav, Hardik Pandya, Dinesh Karthik, and Axar Patel will be on the team. Yuzi Chahal will play along with them. After that Arshdeep Singh, Bhuvneshwar Kumar, and Mohammad Shami.” He further added, “This is my choice. Harshal Patel might not get a chance. I feel Deepak Hooda and R Ashwin will not get a chance in the first few games. I am seeing this as the starting XI.”

Not only Harbhajan Singh but almost every cricket expert is advocating for Dinesh Karthik over Rishabh Pant. Rishabh Pant is not so effective in T20 international and during the recently concluded T20I series against Australia and South, Africa Karthik was the first choice of the management.
