Ruturaj said that he feels extremely prepared to replace Ms. Dhoni as the new captain of the Chennai Super Kings.

Talking about the match, it was CSK who dictated the match on their own terms, with Mustafizur Rahman setting the tone from the start itself, picking up four wickets in four overs and giving away just 29 runs. This helped CSK restrict RCB to just 173, which they later chased down comfortably in 18.4 overs, losing just 4 wickets.
