Shoaib Akhtar Got Offer To Work In the Bollywood Movie, Check Out The Name

Former Pakistani pacer Shoaib Akhtar has a huge fan following throughout the cricketing world. ‘Rawalpindi Express’ has been one of the great fast bowlers of Pakistan. He achieved a lot in cricket but always wanted to work in films. The former Pakistani fast bowler has disclosed the names of Bollywood movies in which he got offers to work.

Akhtar said he was offered to work with Bollywood director Mahesh Bhatt’s crime-drama film Gangster (2005). Media reports claimed that he was offered the lead role in Gangster. Last year, Akhtar revealed this is his biopic titled ‘Rawalpindi Express: Racing Against the Odds’. However, it is not known whether the film’s production has started.

India and Pakistan are considered arch-rivals on the cricket pitch. Both teams’ excitement, emotions and passion encourage the players to give their best. Shoaib Akhtar was one of his time’s best and most lethal fast bowlers. Throughout his cricket career, Akhtar bowled match-winning spells several times. His performance against India has also been impressive.

Akhtar retired from international cricket in 2011. He took 178 wickets in 46 Tests. At the same time, he took 247 wickets in 163 ODIs. Akhtar took 19 wickets in 15 T20s.
