“Now one will forget…” Hardik Pandya Makes A Big Verdict Ahead Of The Upcoming IPL.

The Mumbai Indians are all set to feature for the first time in the IPL under the leadership of Hardik Pandya. It came as a shock to fans and even cricket experts when Hardik Pandaya was named as the skipper of the Mumbai Indians, replacing Rohit Sharma ahead of the IPL 2024.

Speculations have risen of a rift between Rohit Sharma and Hardik Pandaya. However, ahead of the IPL, Hardik Pandaya makes a big verdict, saying that this year they will play a different brand of cricket of which everyone will feel proud.

In a video posted by Mumbai Indians, Hardik Pandaya said, “The feeling of wearing this color is very special for me. The journey started here; coming back home and playing is always going to be special. We will make sure we play a brand of cricket that all will be proud of, and at the same time, it’s going to be a ride no one will forget.”

Hardik Pandaya has been phenomenal as a leader for the Gujrat Titans, helping the franchise lift the IPL in their debut season and taking them to the final in the second season.

Hardik Pandaya received the backing of Mumbai Indians head coach Mark Boucher, who backed Hardik to perform well in his debut season as skipper for MI.

Speaking of Hardik, Mark Boucher said,He (Pandya) certainly knows the changing room better than I do. It’s sort of a homecoming for a couple of people. He has fit in really well and is excited for the season. We look forward to having him back and winning some games for the Mumbai Indians again.”
