Not KL Rahul Or Sanju Samson, Kaif Picks This Player As The Wicket-keeper For The 2023 World Cup

After the ongoing most famous T20 league, Indian Premier League, Team India will face Australia in the final of the World Test Championship at the Oval. The match will be played from June 7. Mohammad Kaif expressed his support for Ishan Kishan as the preferred wicket-keeper for the Indian team and placed him ahead of both KL Rahul and Sanju Samson. Despite Sanju Samson’s impressive batting average of 66 in the format, Kaif favored Kishan as the top choice for the 2023 World Cup.

While having an interaction with Star Sports, Kaif Said, “I think Ishan Kishan. He is a proper wicket-keeper and he keeps well too.”

KL Rahul has been outstanding at No. 5 for India in ODIs with an average of 53 and a strike rate of 99. As the captain of the Rajasthan Royals, Samson has impressive numbers in the format and he also bats in the middle order like Rahul.
