Former England cricketer Michael Vaughan has predicted the winner of the upcoming T20 World Cup 2024. For this he has favoured the former champion Australia.

While having a conversation during the Club Prairie Fire Podcast, Vaughan said,”I think the Aussies are going to win the World Cup. I do believe, obviously, they are the 50-over World Champions, but that, that batting lineup is ridiculous. That has got everything you need in T20 cricket. It’s the days of that, we were saying last week, the days of having a, a needler knocking it around has gone. They have just got power.”
“Head, Warner, Marsh, Maxwell, Inglis, David, Short of Wade. I’m sorry but that’s getting plenty. When you add into the bowling variations and obviously the, they’ve got the pace, they got spin, got plenty of options.”
