India’s veteran speedster Mohammed Shami achieved another amazing feat in the first Test against Australia in Nagpur. Mohammed Shami got the 400th wicket of his international career in the form of David Warner in his first ball of the third over of the match. Shami is the fifth Indian speedster who has taken 400 or more wickets in international cricket.
Mohammed Shami became the 56th bowler in the world, while India’s 9th bowler took 400 or more wickets in international cricket. If we talk about international cricket, most 9 bowlers each from India and Australia have taken 400 or more wickets.

In the reply, the Indian team added 77 runs on the board with a loss in the form of KL Rahul (20). Skipper Rohit 56* and Nightwatchman Ashwin 0* standing on the crease.
