Is Jasprit Bumrah Ruled Out From the T20 World Cup? Sourav Ganguly Gives Final Verdict

The news of Jasprit Bumrah’s exclusion from the T20 World Cup due to a back injury has saddened the Indian Cricket fans to the core. It is obvious as fans were expecting their furious pacer to show magic and help India to bring back the T20 World Cup Trophy.

On 29th September(Thursday) the news of Bumrah’s injury erupted on social media and nearly every sports platform and sports insider has given their final verdict that the pacer is no longer part of India’s T20 World Cup campaign.

Now according to the latest update by Rev Sports, BCCI president Sourav Ganguly has said that Bumrah is still in the squad and he has not been ruled out from the upcoming grand tournament. Former Indian Captain said that there is still some time left in the World Cup and the bowler is on the radar of the BCCI medical team.

The Indian Cricket team is now playing a 3-match T20I series against South Africa and Mohammed Siraj has been added to the squad in place of Jasprit Bumrah.

Talking about the T20 World Cup, team India will play its first match against the arch-rivals Pakistan on 23rd October at Melbourne Cricket Ground.
