In this match, Ireland captain Paul Stirling won the toss and elected to bowl first. While batting first, team India put on a score of 185 runs at the loss of 5 wickets. For India, Ruturaj Gaikwad scored the most 58 runs in 43 balls. Apart from Sanju Samson got a quick 40 runs in just 26 balls with the help of five fours and one six. At the last, Rinku Singh(38) and Shivam Dube(22) finished well for India to put on a challenging target.

For the brilliant finish for India, in the last overs Rinku Singh was adjudged as Player of the match. He got 38 off just 21 deliveries with the help of two fours and three sixes.
