IPL 2023: Gujarat Titans Got Major Blow In The Mid Of IPL As Star Pacer Has Left The Team In Mid Of IPL

This season of IPL Gujarat Titans is shining the same way where they have ended IPL 2023. The Hardik Pandya-led Gujarat team has won 3 matches and lost two matches out of 5 games played so far.

Currently, the Gujarat team is in fourth position on the points table. In the previous match, Rajasthan Royals defeated Gujarat Titans by three wickets. This year, they cannot finish the closely fought encounter in their way and thus find themself in some bother; their problem has increased further as one of their premium pacers has left their team midway of IPL 2023.

Gujarat Titans have included an Irish player in their camp this season, expressing confidence in him, but that player is returning home, leaving IPL 2023 due to national duty. This information has been received through media reports.

Gujarat Titans bought Joshua Little of Ireland in IPL 2023 for Rs 4.4 crore. Little got a hefty amount, who took a hat-trick in T20 World Cup 2022. Josh also became the first player from Ireland to play a match in the IPL, but in the meantime, he had a big responsibility on him.

To play matches for the country, Josh will have to leave Gujarat Titans in the middle of IPL 2023. So far, he has played four matches for Gujarat with three wickets to his name. He did not get a chance against Rajasthan Royals in the last game. Meanwhile, the Ireland team has recently been selected for the three-match ODI series against Bangladesh. For this reason, he will leave his team Gujarat Titans on 5 May and play for his team.
