In the first qualifier, Chennai Super Kings beat Gujarat Titans by a margin of 15 runs at Chepauk to move ahead into the 10th final. In this match, Ruturaj Gaikwad and Ravindra Jadeja performed brilliantly to take their team home.

On the other hand, after losing qualifier 1 in the hands of CSK, GT beat Mumbai Indians by 62 runs to enter the final. In this match, the young opener Shubman Gill scored a superb hundred(129).

The expected rainfall is scattered and is estimated to last for a total of 2 hours in the city. Apart from this, the wind speed could be around 50KMPH in the city.

The Indian Meteorological Department suggests that there may not be substantial rainfall on Sunday. However, they indicate that the weather is likely to be predominantly cloudy with some expected rainfall.
