Rajasthan Royals (RR) management got nine players in the mini-auction that happened last year in December. They had a budget of ₹13.20 crore and were able to fill all their vacant seats while still having ₹3.35 crore left. In bowling Yuzvendra Chahal, R Ashwin, and Trent Boult will take the responsibility to shatter the opposition’s batting lineup. Weakness Of Rajasthan Royals:
Inconsistency is the main problem for Rajasthan Royals. Last year, Jos Buttler and Shimron Hetymer were the only batters who took all the responsibility of batting. Sanju Samson got some starts in many games but could not turn it into a big score. The management needs to settle the batting position of Devdutt Padikkal who once used to open the innings for RCB but RR does not have such a window for him. Riyan Parag is one such player whom RR management has backed the most but he is yet to deliver his best for the team.
X-factors For Rajasthan Royals in IPL 2023:
Jason Holder could be the key factor for the team due to his bowling and batting possibilities. Jos Buttler will keep the batting team intact and Yuzvendra Chahal will look to imitate the same performance as last year.
