The official date for the beginning of IPL 2023 is yet to be announced by the IPL Management. The squad of all the teams has been already announced and now the fans are waiting for the official schedule.
This year, Viacom18 is the digital partner of IPL and all the matches will be telecasted at Jio Cinema. If the reports are to be believed, Viacom18 has already planned to telecast IPL in Bhojpuri along with the other 16 languages.
In the previous season of IPL, life was limited to only 6 languages which are Hindi, English, Kannada, Telugu, Malayalam, and Tamil but now the present digital rights holder has decided to expand its territory in terms of languages. The reason behind Bhojpuri is that the language is the second most spoken dialect in India.
Let us tell you that, like last year, IPL 2023 will again see competition between 10 teams. Gujarat Titans, who participated in the tournament for the first time in IPL 2022 won the tournament under the captaincy of Hardik Pandya. Some disheartening news is also there for cricket fans and the top among them is MS Dhoni playing the IPL for the last time.
