IPL 2023: Jasprit Bumrah Ruled Out From The Tournament, Mumbai Indians To Announce The Replacement Soon

According to the latest report from ESPNCricinfo, after some major series miss against New Zealand and Australia, the star Indian pacer Jasprit Bumrah has been ruled out from the IPL 2023 and the final of the ICC Test championship if India confirms its seat in the event.

Jasprit Bumrah’s back injury seems to be very serious as it has been pretended before. India’s pace spearhead was supposed to ring his comeback bail in the past few series that happened at home but matters look fuzzier now.

The BCCI medical team at National Cricket Academy(NCA) has said that if needed Bumrah will go through a surgery.
Bumrah has been out of cricket for five months and he is not feeling comfortable with his health due to his back injury. The injury seems to be more drastic than it was overlooked.

The reports claim that the Indian Cricket Management wants to prepare him for the World Cup in October-November, if not necessarily for the Asia Cup, wherever it takes place.

Mumbai Indians will play its first match of the IPL 2023 against RCB on April 1. In the absence of Bumrah, the Mumbai Indians management will heavily rely on Jasprit Bumrah.
