India’s young sensation Sarfaraz Khan is going through a golden run in the Indian domestic circuit. Currently, the batsman is playing in Irani Trophy and now he has surpassed the most monstrous name in world cricket history – Sir Don Brahman.

Playing against Madhya Pradesh Bradman scored 138 runs in 178 balls. Before this superb inning, Sarfaraz had got 134 in the Ranji Trophy and 127 in the Duleep trophy. Now Sarfaraz Khan has more runs than Don Bradman in first-class cricket. However, the batsman took seven more games to reach this feat, while the former Australian great had 2927 runs in first-class cricket, and Sarfaraz has 2928 runs in first-class cricket too in 29 games.

Within a minimum of 2000 runs, Sarfaraz has now the second-best-highest strike rate in first-class cricket after Don Bradman. While Don Bradman had a strike rate of 95.14, Sarfaraz possessed a strike rate of 81.49. The third on the list is former Indian legend Vijay Merchant(71.64).
