The former West Indies legend Ian Bishop slammed a fan for spreading fake remarks about Rishabh Pant and Sanju Samson in the clash between LSG and DC.
Rishabh Pant played a typical Pant knock, scoring 41 of just 24 deliveries and helping his side win their second game of the season.
The D.C. skipper played some classical shots during his stay at the crease. Which made a fan comment on social media.
The fan took the name of Ian Bishop and wrote on X, “Anything Samson can do,Rishabh Pant can do it better.”
As soon as some of the users saw this tweet, they asked the former cricketer if he had said everything in real life.
Another fan directly took to Twitter to ask Ian Bishop. The ace commentator responded with a clap and asked him if this was not the way he functions inside the comment box.
“You really think that’s how I operate?” tweeted Bishop.
This was not the first time that bishop took X to respond to a fan. Earlier, Ian Bishop took X to apologize to a fan for the remark that he made on Kohli’s 100 against the Rajasthan Royals.
