“I don’t play cricket….”James Anderson Shares His Views After Picking Up 700 Test Wickets

One of the greatest pace bowlers to play the sport, James Anderson, becomes the first pace bowler in the history of cricket to pick up 700 wickets in test matches. However, James Anderson said that he would have been more pleased if England had won the five-match test series.

On a podcast, James Anderson said, “It was a nice moment and nice to do it at a picturesque place. My dad was here, so we had a drink, which was nice. He was more excited than I was. Maybe I would’ve felt more excited if we’d won the test or the series. It’s been a long series, and I don’t know how I feel.”

James Anderson achieved a rare milestone in test matches, which might be a world record that may not be broken in the upcoming generations, looking at the diversity of cricket all around the world. However, the pacer shared his teachings on the same He said that he did not play cricket for milestones.
