The batter suffered a knee injury, which has almost ruled her out of the entire tournament. Harleen injured her knee in the eighth match of the WPL against the UP Warriors and immediately left the field.
Since then, the batter has been out of action and has been ruled out of cricket.
As a backup vidharbha batter, Bharti Fulmali has been added to the squad.
Harleen had a tough time with the bat in the ongoing season, as the batter scored only 48 runs with the highest score of 22.
Apart from Harleen Gujrat, the Giants are also missing the services of vice captain Sneh Rana, who has been out of action since the last two games due to injury.
However, Sneh Rana will be back in action for the Gujrat Giants in their game against the Mumbai Indians.
