The Australian women’s team is all set to take on South Africa in a one-off test match. They are set to face each other for the first time in the longest format of the game.
The Australian Cricket Board has selected a 14-member squad that is all set to take on South Africa in the test match, which is set to be played in Perth on February 15.
One of the major surprises in the Australian setup was the inclusion of bowling all-rounder Sophie Molineux. This is the first time that Sophie Molineux has been picked for the test matches. Her last appearance for the Australian team came in the month of October in the year 2021.
On the other hand, one of the prominent faces in the Australian setup, Heather Graham, has been left out of the squad. Graham, but pacer Lauran Cheatle is also not part of this squad as she is undergoing treatment for skin cancer.
