Emotional Moments as Mumbai Players Pay Tribute to Outgoing Veteran

Mumbai and Vidharbha are currently playing against each other for ultimate glory. However, on day two of the match between the two sides, there was an emotional moment that took place on the cricket field.

On the second day, two Mumbai players gave the Guard of Honor to one of their premium fast bowlers, Dhawal Kulkarni. 

Kulkarni made his way on the field through the Guard of Honor between the players and shook hands with skipper Ajinkya Rahane. Kulkarni also received grand cheers from the crowd upon his entry.

Kulkarni has a phenomenal domestic carrier, as the pace bowler has played 95 matches in first-class cricket in his career span of over 15 years. 

Kulkarni picked up 3/15 in the first inning. Kulkarni picked up the wickets of Karun Nair, Atharva Taide, and Aman Mokhade.
Vidharbha has been dominated by Mumbai in spite of their brilliance with the ball. Vidharbha innings have been reduced to 104/9.

For Mumbai, apart from Dhawal Kulkarni, Shams Mulani also picked up three wickets. Mulani also received support from Kotian, who has picked up two wickets so far in the first innings.
