In IPL 2023, the run machine Virat Kohli’s name is on the tongue of every cricket fan, irrespective of nation, after Thursday’s best-century innings against Sunrisers Hyderabad. During his century innings, Virat made many IPL records in his name, showing the range of his strokes, and entertained cricket fans a lot. During his 100-run innings, King Kohli faced 63 balls and hit 12 fours and four sixes. His half-century was completed in 35 balls, and his century in 62 balls.
Virat and captain Faf du Plessis’s partnership of 172 helped Royal Challengers Bangalore achieve the target of 187 runs required for victory by losing just two wickets with four balls remaining. With this much-needed win, RCB has kept their playoff hopes alive.
