The 16th season of the Indian Premier League is still a long way to go. Before it, there is a heavy discussion whether Ravindra Jadeja will stay with the Chennai Super Kings or not? This has been one of the most debatable topic since Jadeja had left CSK in mid season of 2022 and before being removed from the captaincy.
According to a report by Cricbuzz many franchisees have requested Jadeja to trade in before IPL 2023 but interestingly CSK has denied to share their most valuable player.
As we know before the IPL 2022, Jadeja was assigned as the captain of CSK but he did not continue the whole season and MS Dhoni took the charge as nothing was concrete on Jadeja fitness and his captaincy skills. Soon after the IPL 2022, Jadeja deleted all his instagram posts related to CSK and at the same time he also did not wish MS Dhoni on his birthday which was on 7th July.
A source close to the development has informed that Delhi Capitals is one of those franchisees who requested CSK for Jadeja. However, Chennai Super Kings are in no mood to deal with their best buddy.
It is reported that before IPL 2023, a mini auction will take place for which players will be drafted very soon.
Not to forget, Jadeja started his IPL career with the inaugural champions Rajasthan Royals and now then moved to CSK, where he saw his most memorable time of his IPL career.
