Currently, some star players of team India are missing their international matches due to injuries. Jasprit Bumrah, Shreyas Iyer, KL Rahul and Rishabh Pant are those four prime players who have gone through some injuries but now they are recovering well. Now the board of control for Cricket in India, BCCI has provided an update on these four players.

The BCCI Medical Team is pleased with their progress and will make a final decision after assessing them following the practice games,” BCCI said in the statement.

KL Rahul and Shreyas Iyer who missed the entire IPL 2023 due to their respective injuries are now eyeing a return from the Asia Cup 2023. Both these batters are practising and are under rehab at National Cricket Academy(NCA).

“They have resumed batting in the nets and are currently undergoing strength and fitness drills. The BCCI Medical Team is satisfied with their progress and will increase their intensity in terms of both skills and strength and conditioning in the coming days,” BCCI said in the injury update.
