Ahead Of Squad Selection Ravindra Jadeja Provided Major Update On His Fitness

The Indian cricket team’s star all-rounder, Ravindra Jadeja, missed the second test against England due to injury.

Jadeja encountered a hamstring injury in the first test match against England, which forced him to be out of action for the second test match of the series.

However, Ravindra Jadeja took to his official social media account to provide an update regarding his injury ahead of India’s squad selection for the remaining three test matches against England.

The star all-rounder posted a picture of himself on his social media, writing, Getting better at NCA, as the all-rounder is currently at the National Cricket Association, recovering from injury.

With the series on the line at 1-1, Rohit Sharma and his men will receive a major boost with the return of Ravindra Jadeja ahead of the last three test matches.

Apart from Ravindra Jadeja, star pace sensation Jasprit Bumrah recently became the number one test bowler in the latest ICC test rankings.

Bumrah has 881 rating points, with only Ravi Ashwin (904) and Ravindra Jadeja (889) being the only Indian bowlers with more rating points than the pace bowling sensation.

Jadeja had a decent outing in the first test match against England in Hyderabad, as he scored 89 runs with the bat and picked up five wickets with the ball across the two innings.

With Jadeja and Rahul set to return in the test setup, the third test match of the series is set to start on February 15 in Rajkot.
