‘ I have bowled to Sachin And Sehwag, Now Will Love To Bowl Against This Indian Guy’, Says Brett Lee

The former Australian pacer Brett Lee was known for his terrific speed and toe-crushing yorkers. During his entire career, Lee has bowled too many giants of the world of cricket and at the same time dominated them as well.

When Lee played against India, the series was always meant to be interesting as fans witnessed the face-off of Lee-Sachin Tendulkar, Lee – Virender Sehwag, and Lee- Laxman. The sheer competition always kept the fans high on cricket and the era saw some great matches between these two teams.

Now during an interview, Lee has picked an Indian youngster to whom he will love to bowl if he will get a chance. The former Australian giant announced his retirement from all forms of the game in 2015 but he wants to bowl against the young India wicket-keeper batsman Rishabh Pant.

While having an interaction on sportsbet.io., Lee said, “I had the pleasure of playing against Sachin Tendulkar, Virat Kohli at the start of his career, (even) Virender Sehwag… I think someone like Rishabh Pant would be very exciting to bowl to.”

Talking ahead, Lee said that even if Pant hits him for a massive six, he will continue bowling to this young Indian wicket-keeper.

He further added, “He’s pretty nifty, walks around the crease, is very aggressive, and is the one guy I’d like to challenge myself against. I’ve had the pleasure to meet him a few times, and he’s pretty unorthodox, which would make it very hard to bowl him to. He would probably hit me for a six, but that’s ok!”

Making his place in the world’s best speedster, Lee has served Australia for almost 2 decades. He has played 76 Tests, 221 ODIs, and 25 T20Is for the team.
