Yuzi Chahal and Dhanashree Verma officially part ways Reports

Indian Cricketer Yuzvendra Chahal and his wife Dhanashree Verma have been separated. The talk of their divorce did rounds on social media for months. Both were posting cryptic posts hinting regarding their separate paths. But none of them spoke firmly on the topic highlighting the possible reasons for making the decision. But, it is being reported now that the final hearing and the required formalities were conducted in the Bandra Family Court on Thursday itself, and they were present in person.

As per the report by ABP news, the judge advised the couple to seek counseling, which lasted about 45 minutes. After hearing the counseling session, the judge came to know that both wanted a divorce with mutual consent.

It was further revealed that Chahal and Dhanashree had been living separately for the past 18 months. Upon being asked about what could be the reason for seeking a divorce, the couple expressed that there were ‘compatibility issues’.

The judgment for divorce was passed at about 4.30 PM on Thursday by the judge.

Chahal posted on social media just before the final hearing: “I have had the Lord protect me more times than I can count. So, if there’s a list of how many times I have been saved, there surely are many unaccounted for. Thank You for always being there even when I have no clue. Amen.

Dhanashree also shared a message on faith on her Instagram account: “From stressed to blessed. Is it not awesome how God takes our worries and trials and turns them into blessings? If you’re stressing over something today, know that you have a choice. You can keep worrying, or you can surrender it all to God and choose to pray about everything. There is power in faith that God will work all things together for your good.”

While neither mentioned the word divorce in the posts, the gist of the messages says it all
