Chennai Super Kings and Gujarat Titans will face each other in the final of the Indian Premier League 2023 which will be played in Ahmedabad at Narendra Modi Stadium. The final will be played on May 28th on Sunday and meanwhile, the prize money for the winners and runners-up of the upcoming final has been disclosed.
As per Star Sports, the winner of the eliminator, Mumbai Indians will receive a prize money of INR 7 crore, while the runner-up of the eliminator Lucknow Super Giants will be awarded INR 6.5 crore. The winner of the tournament will get a whopping amount of INR 20 crores while the runner-up will get 13 crores.
The batsman who will gather the highest number of runs in the tournament is honored with the Orange Cap and the batter will be presented with a cash prize of Rs 15 lakh. The purple cap winner will eventually get a prize of what the orange cap winner will get.
On the other hand, the emerging player of the year will receive a sum of INR 20 Lakhs while the most valuable player of the season will be given INR 12 Lakhs. The power player of the season will get an amount of INR 15 Lakhs.
