Will CSK Be Banned? Check Out The Full Report

A different kind of controversy has come to the fore in the Indian Premier League regarding the Chennai Super Kings. Four-time champion Chennai Super Kings players are fighting for their lives in the field under the leadership of Skipper Mahendra Singh Dhoni. On the other hand, a Tamil Nadu Legislative Assembly representative has even demanded a ban on Chennai Super Kings. CSK’s team is at number five in the point table after defeating Lucknow Super Giants and Mumbai Indians.

The sports budget was discussed in the Tamil Nadu Legislative Assembly on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Paattali Makkal Katchi Party (PMK) MLA Venkateswaran demanded a ban on Chennai Super Kings.

Venkateswaran stated that CSK is the team of Tamil Nadu, but there are only a few players from the state in it. According to Venkateswaran, Tamil Nadu has a lot of talented players who are doing well. Despite this, not a single cricketer from the state is given a place in Chennai Super Kings.

There was a lot of uproar in the assembly regarding the tickets for IPL matches. According to media reports, the controversy started when AIADMK MLA SP Velumani demanded a match pass. Velumani said that when his party was in power in the state, free IPL passes were given to the MLAs, but now this is not happening.

Velumani alleged that the present government had got 400 passes, but not a single one was given to the AIADMK MLAs. SP Velumani said when we asked for the pass, Sports Minister Udhayanidhi Stalin told us to go and get the ticket from Jay Shah of BCCI.

IPL has not happened here for the last four years. I don’t know from where you got the ticket. According to SP Velumani, he has told the Sports Minister that all MLAs should get free tickets.
