Who Will Captain India In Bangladesh Test Series? BCCI Gives Replaces Of Rohit Sharma

Rohit Sharma got a thumb injury during the second ODI against Bangladesh while fielding in slip. The batter is no longer part of the Indian test squad for the test series against Bangladesh. Being the captain, Rohit Sharma is not so consistent with the team, and now he has been ruled out from the upcoming test series.

The Board Of Control For Cricket In India(BCCI), has already decided on the captain’s name for the test series against Bangladesh in the absence of Rohit Sharma. KL Rahul, who is the current Indian vice-captain will again be seen in the skipper’s role.

Team India is going with major test fitness issues and nearly 8-10 prime players are out of the team due to their several respective injuries. India does not have all-format players like other teams and regular captain Rohit Sharma has talked about workload management so many times.

Not only Rohit Sharma but the team’s important players like Jasprit Bumrah, Ravindra Jadeja, and Mohammad Shami are also going with their injury problems and they will not be part of this test squad.

The first test between India and Bangladesh will start on December 14 at Chattogram.
